ReEmployAbility Adds New Client Services Department

Tampa, FL, July 31, 2015 --(PR.com)-- ReEmployAbility, the largest national provider of specialty early return-to-work (RTW) services and transitional employment programs, is pleased to announce the addition of a Client Services Department to the company. The Client Services Department is comprised of Client Services Managers who are experts of the company’s services. They partner with Account Executives to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients. The department serves as the first point of contact to introduce the company’s Return-to-Work services, such as Transition2Work, and provides consultation and support to clients as they implement the company’s programs. In addition, the team provides ongoing support and conducts quality assurance.

Co-founder of ReEmployAbility Debra Livingston said, “While we have always received excellent feedback from our clients, it is important that we are proactive in seeking improvement, especially given the high rate growth we are experiencing. We believe the addition of the Client Services Department allows us to enhance the already great experience our customers have come to expect. This team will ensure we continue to exceed our clients’ expectations by providing an exceptional experience.”

The Client Services Department is led by V.P. of Sales, Kelly Lawless. Lawless said, “As a client-service focused company, we have taken great pride in our rapid response track record throughout the years. Our Client Service Managers were current employees with several years of experience on our Transition2Work team prior to being promoted to these new positions. Having a team with existing program experience is one more way we can assure our clients that we are dedicated to outstanding customer service!”

The Client Services Department can be contacted by phone 1-866-663-9880, by email at clientservicesteam@reemployability.com, or online chat via the corporate website, www.ReEmployAbility.com.

Through its Transition2Work program, ReEmployAbility, brings employers, employees and nonprofit organizations together to help one another—all year round. The Transition2Work program assists employers with giving their injured workers temporary, transitional, light duty work by placing them at a nonprofit agency within a proprietary national network of over 28,000 participating organizations. As a result, the employer reduces workers’ compensation costs and retains a valuable employee, while the employee has a meaningful yet flexible job that allows him to earn a paycheck while healing. The nonprofit organization benefits from the volunteer support.
