Health-Care Excellence Award for LivLife Hospitals

Hyderabad, India, July 31, 2015 --(PR.com)-- One of the country's most authoritative awards for the health-care industry – the Indus Foundation has initiated Health-care Excellence Awards for this year. The Indus Foundation’s Awards are a definitive recognition of organizations & individuals for their contribution to health-care over the years.

The Award for 'Best Single Specialty Hospital' went to Livlife, a comprehensive health-care provider based in Hydrebad. LivLife Hospitals has been recognized as an International Centre of Excellence for Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery. It is the first centre of its kind in Telangana and the only centre in India to be recognized within the first year of operations.

Dr. Nandakishore Dukkipati, Managing Director & Chief Bariatric Surgeon of LivLife Hospitals received the Award from ESL Narasimhan, Governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana at an inaugural function organized by the Indus Foundation on July 23, 2015.

The Hyderabad based Indus Foundation, headed by an eminent and distinguished former civil servant Mr. C.D.Arha who worked as secretary to the Government of India and as Chief Information Commissioner of Andhra Pradesh, is dedicated to the promotion of health-care in India.
