New Five Star Bath Solutions of Regina Franchise Owner Ready to Deliver Quality Customer Service

Regina, Canada, August 03, 2015 --(PR.com)-- New Five Star Bath Solutions franchise owner, Dustin Porter is delivering bathroom renovation services to Regina and nearby areas, having acquired ownership of the Regina franchise in May 2015.

With experience in sales and management, Porter looks to utilize his customer service skills to build a successful Five Star Bath Solutions franchise, providing one-day bathroom renovations, tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in bathtubs, and other bathroom updates in Regina.

“It’s important to treat every customer the same, providing a high quality of customer care and service,” Porter said. “I’ve developed customer service skills in prior business opportunities and will strive to apply these same skills to my Five Star Bath Solutions franchise.”

Porter brings first hand experience in entrepreneurship and bathroom remodeling to his home-based bathroom renovation franchise. In 2006, Porter opened a clothing store and continues to operate the store today. Noticing a change in the clothing industry with some consumer clothing sales shifting to the Internet, Porter researched new business opportunities for the next stage of his career. In search of a new entrepreneurial adventure and equipped with past experience in bathroom renovations at revenue properties under his ownership, Porter decided to invest in Five Star Bath Solutions.

“I enjoy doing bathroom renovations, and did research on the Five Star Bath Solutions brand and liked what I saw,” Porter said. “During my research, I visited previous customers’ homes and was impressed with the products and prestige of the jobs Five Star Bath Solutions had completed. Five Star Bath Solutions expects a high standard with their bathroom renovation projects and that appeals to me. Being with a franchise provides more stability and standards as compared to operating my own clothing store. There’s not as much of a learning curve and I’ve been able to establish a relationship with our brand president.”

Born and raised in Regina, Porter is excited to carry on the work of Five Star Bath Solutions locally and hopes to provide consistent work opportunities for his crew.

“When I took over Five Star Bath Solutions of Regina, I retained the current crew and wanted to keep them busy while waiting for product for upcoming projects,” Porter said. “In order to keep paychecks coming for our crew, they participated in projects at my mother’s home and my own home. I’ve also hired an individual with special needs to share flyers to help promote our business. I hope to build a successful business that delivers quality bathroom solutions, while also benefiting our employees and community.”
