"Atharon:Exordium" Already Setting Pulses Racing in World of Fantasy Fandom and Beyond

London, United Kingdom, August 06, 2015 --(PR.com)-- "Atharon:Exordium," the debut novel by Argent Hellion - published by Copyhouse Press - is set to become the most eagerly awaited fantasy debut novel in years.

The novel itself has been compared in style to George R.R. Martin, J.R.R Tolkien and Mervyn Peake in anonymised early test sampling, with RPG legends Dever, Livingstone and Jackson also being mentioned by test readers as influences. The lavishly illustrated epic's art has even been compared to that of gamebook legend Gary Chalk by test marketing audiences who have read early drafts.

Pre-release publicity has already been picked up by news websites and influential bloggers and tweeters worldwide. These range from Japanese RPG Fandom Twitter feeds with small armies of followers nearly 100k strong, to the influential arts website Broadway World which has also reported on the release. The buzz has even reached Google News and BBC Record London.

As the author himself puts it: "Imagine for a moment that 'Game of Thrones' fell in love with 'Star Wars' and they got engaged. The novel is scheduled for a Q1 2016 release.
