Johnny on the Spot, LLC, Acquires Horizon Portable Restrooms (Trenton, NJ), the Company's Fourth Acquisition in Two Years

Horizon Portable Restrooms, formerly a division of Horizon Disposal Services (now a Mercer Group International subsidiary), was established in 2007 as a complementary service to its already successful solid waste division. Boasting a strong customer base in Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania, Horizon quickly became a formidable portable sanitation provider, particularly in the construction and seasonal markets.
