Davi Millsaps Joins the BTO Sports KTM-WPS Race Team

Camarillo, CA, August 06, 2015 --(PR.com)-- BTO Sports KTM-WPS Race Team is proud to announce the signing of Davi Millsaps, who will join the current Team BTO Sports’ riders Andrew Short and Justin Brayton. Millsaps is a multi-time winner of Monster Energy Supercross and the defending 2014 Monster Energy Cup Supercross champion.

After Millsaps’ contract with Monster Energy Kawasaki was terminated earlier this year, Millsaps took time off but is now ready to put on the bold orange colors of Team BTO Sports. With his signing effective immediately, Millsaps will make his debut for the team as he defends his 2014 MEC title at the 2015 Monster Energy Cup. Afterward, Millsaps will run the entire 2016 Monster Energy Supercross season with Team BTO Sports- KTM-WPS.

Receiving his first bike at the age of three, Millsaps grew his passion for riding into a successful racing career. Upon turning pro in 2004, Millsaps landed on the podium within a year later with 3rd place in the 2005 125 East Championship. The next year in 2006, Millsaps would win the 2006 125 East Championship and move on to the premier class (450's) where he still races today.

His professional career quickly took off with his most notable achievements a win at Pro 450 at San Diego and winning the Monster Cup in 2014. In addition, Millsaps came in second to Ryan Villopoto in SX in 2013 and 2nd place overall at the 2012 450 Supercross Championship.

With the support of Millsaps and a new team sponsor, Creative Sports Concepts, a company who outfits athletic facilities with the best flooring, Team BTO Sports will have the strongest lineup of racers in the premier class for the upcoming SX season.
