Bestselling Sci Fi and Fantasy Authors Host Hollywood Writing Workshop
New York Times Bestselling authors Dave Farland, Orson Scott Card, Kevin J. Anderson, Rebecca Moesta and the Winner Twins have announced that they will be instructing the Writers of the Future Writing Workshop in Hollywood this August.

With a panel of judges including authors whose distinguished careers span the entire history of modern science fiction and fantasy (from the masters of the “Golden Age” in 1930’s and 1940’s to the present), the contest was created in 1983 by NYT Bestselling author L. Ron Hubbard, as a means to discover and nurture new talent in speculative fiction. With no entry fee, it offers one of the largest cash prizes for short story speculative fiction, up to $5,000.
The original roster of professional Judges include Dr. Gregory Benford, Algis Budrys, Frank Herbert, Anne McCaffrey, Larry Niven, Robert Silverberg, Theodore Sturgeon, Jack Williamson and Roger Zelazny.
