Luna Grill and General Chow Coming Soon to The Collection at RiverPark
Shea Properties' West Ventura County regional center adds two restaurants.
Oxnard, CA, August 08, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Collection at RiverPark announced today the addition of Luna Grill and General Chow to its directory of premier dining destinations.
“From BBQ to Mediterranean, the restaurant options are plentiful at The Collection,” said Michael Pynn, General Manager at the center. “We are excited to bring even more dining variety to Ventura County residents with the additions of Luna Grill and General Chow.”
Luna Grill offers a health-conscious and great-tasting menu of Near East and Mediterranean cuisine. From juicy and tender kabobs served with fluffy Basmati rice and grilled tomato, to tasty gyros and falafel wraps, the fast-casual restaurant serves items cooked to order guaranteeing that your meal will be fresh, flavorful and healthy. Luna Grill is scheduled to open in the summer of 2016.
General Chow is a modern Chinese restaurant with full bar, serving a menu including dumplings, soup, noodles, fresh seafood, and Szechwan spicy food. General Chow is the newest concept by restauranteur, Michael Kwan, who currently owns and operates 21 restaurants with eight different concepts in the Southern California area. General Chow is scheduled to open in the fall of 2016.
Michael Gallivan of US Realty Advisors, Inc. represented General Chow as their broker in the transaction. Mr. Gallivan is a strategic real estate partner with leading restaurant and entertainment concepts and was also was responsible for bringing EMC Seafood & Raw Bar to The Collection at RiverPark.
This dining, retail and entertainment center’s most recent additions include the opening of Finish Line and Sabra Grill earlier this month. GAP and ANGL are also now open joining the more than 45 tenants at The Collection, and The Container Store will have its grand opening late this year.
