Hilliker Corporation Helps Client Sell Former Distribution Warehouse

St. Louis, MO, August 13, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently helped its client sell the building of former tenant Missouri Beverage Company, a St. Louis-based distributor of wine, spirits and beer that was acquired by liquid wholesaler Major Brands, Inc.

Independents Graphic & Display, a custom display and exhibit company for the experiential marketing industry, purchased the 35-year-old building. The nearly 35,000-square-foot warehouse is located at 6331 Knox Industrial Dr. and features parking for more than 60 vehicles. The company will move from its current location at 3390 Tree Ct. Industrial Blvd. in Kirkwood to the new space by mid-September after renovations to the building’s power and office space are completed.
