www.3pnetworksinc.com, India, December 07, 2007 --(PR.com)-- 3P Networks Inc ( http://www.3pnetworksinc.com ). (US OTC:TPNW.PK) (“the Company”) has made a bid to acquire a leading telecommunications provider in Cambodia and is positioning itself to tender for two additional cable and broadcasting networks in neighboring Laos and Vietnam. The Company’s strategy is to rapidly build shareholder value via credible cash flows from an established and expanding subscriber base and to invest in areas where valuations are considerably below standard industry benchmarks employed in the developed capital markets.

After a number of false starts, the telecommunications industry in countries like Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam is begging to be revamped, even consolidated. The Company’s research convincingly shows that mergers within the region will result in the usual economies of scale and the widening of usual industry profit margins. Therefore, the dual focus: bidding for lucrative concessions on one hand and growth through mergers and acquisitions on the other. The Company has standby acquisition facilities of US$12 million to support its strategy; additional financing sources will be accessed if required in the forthcoming months.

Given that the Company is essentially committed to the business of aggregating subscribers, the Company has continued to seek takeover targets in the heavily undervalued regions of the developing world, as long as it can ensure quality management at the local level. The Company’s strategy in Cambodia incorporates a joint venture with a boutique investment banking firm in Phnom Penh—Diversified International Projects. The Company’s strategy will be significantly substantiated by drawing on specialists in both telecommunications and takeover methodologies; to this end, a revised Board of Directors will be announced shortly.

The Company’s commitment to value arbitrage (http://www.undervaluedsituations.com/untitled3.html) will be further enhanced by the use of unique insurance techniques in order to offset the political risks involved with emerging market investments.
