MASA Assist International Managers Come Together

Southlake, TX, August 11, 2015 --(PR.com)-- MASA Assist hosted the company’s Annual Managers Meeting at their world headquarters in Southlake, Texas. Nine managers flew to North Texas to join Founder and CEO Frank Halley, President Tim Green, International Marketing Manager, Reggie Anderson and Chief Financial Officer Dan Solberg to discuss the company’s long-term strategy for 2015 and beyond.

Yearly goals, objectives, successes and challenges were addressed during the course of the day. The team also discussed operational issues such as accounting, transportation, customer service, marketing and branding.

This year, Envision Works Marketing, MASA Assist’s marketing firm, rolled out the new MASA Assist Branding Standards Guide (MABSG). Lauren Cleveland, president of Envision Works Marketing, outlined the future expectations of MASA Assist’s branding initiative. Ms. Cleveland explained the importance of brand consistency throughout the world.

Without a doubt, MASA Assist has been rapidly growing. It is expected that the new branding standards to take affect August 1st, 2015. In fact, during the past year the company has witnessed a number of milestones. MASA Assist has over a million members, new response centers have been opened in the Caribbean, our employee headcount as grown, and our profits are rising. But all of our corporate achievement pales when measured against the number of lives we saved over the years.

When reminiscing the accomplishments that the MASA Assist team has achieved during the past year, it became clear that the real value of the Annual Meeting lied in our ability to continue to build a strong team and that provides fast, responsive service whenever we are needed.

So as they celebrated another successful year, their achievements can best be summarized by the phrase, MASA Assist – One Brand, One Team, One Dream.
