Retired U.S. Customs Special Agent Raymond Strack of LEAP will discuss the War on Drugs from an anti-prohibition standpoint on the “Ask the Dom” radio show this Sunday.
St Petersburg, FL, August 14, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Retired U.S. Customs Special Agent Raymond Strack, member of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP) will discuss the War on Drugs from an anti-prohibition standpoint on the “Ask the Dom” radio show this Sunday, August 16 at 10am on 102.5 The Bone.
LEAP promotes the elimination of prohibition of all drugs for adults, and establishing appropriate regulation and standards for distribution and use. This would allow law enforcement officers to focus more on crimes of violence, such as rape, assault, child abuse, and murder.
“We are really looking forward to hearing the perspective of someone who witnessed firsthand the futility of the War on Drugs, and see what he has to say about the future of this effort,” says Fariello, host of the “Ask the Dom” radio show.

Raymond Strack began his Federal Law Enforcement career as a Customs Patrol Officer in 1983 in New York City, and spent the majority of his early career as a Customs Special Agent at JFK Airport. It was while working at JFK that he began to understand the enormity and futility of the war on drugs, participating in the arrests of a continuous parade of drug couriers, mere pawns in the international drug trade. Strack retired in January 2010 from the Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement as a Supervisory Criminal Investigator/ Supervisory Special Agent, and currently lives in South Florida, where he supports LEAP and other nonprofit organizations.
