FBI Contracting Wins Pulse of the City News Customer Satisfaction Award
Earning the highest rating of 5 stars for customer satisfaction, FBI Contracting is among New Hampshire’s most recent Pulse of the City News honorees.
Concord, NH, August 15, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Pulse of the City News recently announced winners of its Pulse of the City News Customer Satisfaction Award for providing outstanding customer service, and FBI Contracting LLC was among those New Hampshire companies honored with the award. FBI Contracting received the highest possible rating of 5 stars to earn the award.
Pulse of the City News is committed to finding and honoring those companies in the building and construction industry that have provided an excellent customer experience for their customers. The Pulse research team analyzes research and information gathered from many sources, including nominations, online business and consumer user-review websites, blogs, social media, business-rating services, and other credible sources, and determines a yearly rating for each company. Companies that receive the highest possible rating of 4 to 5 stars earn the Pulse Award.
Established in 2000, FBI Contracting has evolved into one of New Hampshire’s premier home contractors/remodelers, specializing in metal roofing, windows, siding, skylights and more. Placing a priority on excellent customer service has been a key element to that success.
“Our customer service starts with listening to prospective customers, returning phone calls if the customer has questions/concerns/problems, and then creating a masterpiece project on time and on budget,” says Frank Iberger.
“We strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and the highest quality craftsmanship,” continues Iberger. “From our vehicles to our employees, we are fully insured, and in order to maintain the highest level of quality we do not subcontract any of our projects.”
Based on feedback from customers, along with a host of awards in addition to the Pulse Award, FBI Contracting has proof that its customers are completely satisfied, not just with the finished product, but also the process of getting the job done. “Approximately two-third of our business is from referrals by previous customers,” says Iberger. “So, we continually strive to provide a high level of quality and professionalism so customers feel comfortable recommending their family and friends.”
Another way Iberger says he keeps his company moving in the right direction and ensuring customer satisfaction is continuing education. “We pride ourselves on an unending effort to improve our company, so our team spends several weeks each year learning the latest techniques and achieving certifications for the newest standards and regulations,” he says. “We also implement the latest technologies to ensure that every job we complete meets rigid quality standards and exceeds our customers’ expectations. We know that customers’ homes are the biggest investment they will ever make, and we are dedicated to helping them maintain and protect that investment.”
