HarborView Properties, a Larchmont New York based real estate investment and property management and leasing company has announced an off-market Office Building transaction in White Plains New York.
White Plains, NY, August 15, 2015 --(PR.com)-- HarborView Properties, a Larchmont New York based real estate investment, property management and leasing company has announced an office building transaction at 15 Fisher Lane in White Plains, New York.
The office building, which is tenanted by a major Life Insurance company, law firms and other professional organizations.
According to Dale Kaufteil, managing partner of HarborView Properties, the building contains approximately 28,000 square feet of office space and was 100% occupied at the time of closing. The property is located at the North White Plains railroad station and is convenient to the I-287 Cross Westchester Parkway as well as other highways. The purchase price of the property was undisclosed. “This was a typical long-term investment in a solid real estate asset,” stated Mr. Kaufteil.
Recently the City of White Plains constructed a new $40 million multi-level parking structure to alleviate some of the parking congestion at the downtown White Plains train station.
