Les Hopper, PE Joins RailPros, Inc. as Vice President – Business Development

Irvine, CA, August 15, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Mr. Hopper has been an active member of the Southern California and Nevada civil engineering communities for the past 30 years. Prior to joining the RailPros team, Les has worked at several mid-size to large international engineering firms as a leader in both the Transportation Services Departments and as a Business Development Manager. In his role as Transportation Services Leader, he has facilitated the growth of the transportation engineering services divisions from start-up groups into vital operations. As Business Development Leader, he has been responsible for the creation and execution of highly successful marketing strategies. Les’ dedication to continuous improvements and development of opportunities will support company growth both locally and nationally and will make him a valued addition to the RailPros staff.

Les holds professional engineer licenses in both California and Nevada. He graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and he also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Chapman University. He is active in a number of industry associations including ACEC, WTS, and SDHDA.
