St. Louis Motorcyclists Rev It Up at Ride for Kids
Asheville, NC, August 19, 2015 --(PR.com)-- St. Louis motorcyclists gathered over the weekend to honor 11 local brain tumor survivors at the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation's Ride for Kids event.
The family-friendly event, held at St. Charles Community College in Cottleville, raised $46,290 to support the foundation's lifesaving research and life-changing family support programs.
Brain tumor survivors are Ride for Kids Stars. The event honored Stars Ashleigh, Brian, Courtney, Daniel, Hayley, Isabelle, Jamazia, James, Josh, Sarah and Zachary.
Zachary's father, David, told the crowd, "We have come to all 14 St.Louis Ride for Kids. We come because in a small way we want to say thanks to each of you for supporting our family. I believe that Zachary would not be here without all of your support."
