Decatur, IN, August 20, 2015 --(PR.com)-- GSF Mortgage is pleased to welcome Tim Powell as branch manager in Decatur, Indiana. He joins TeamGO with 12 years of mortgage industry experience. He started his career in finance and worked for a local mortgage broker. In order to develop his personal brand, he sought out a mortgage banking position. He chose to join GSF Mortgage because the company offers flexibility, marketing, consistent processing and company-wide communication.

Powell believes providing a complete customer experience to anyone he works with, whether they qualify for a mortgage or not. He walks each client through the loan process from pre-qualification to closing and thereafter. For those unable to qualify for a mortgage, he provides credit monitoring and other solutions until they are able to obtain a loan. He enjoys getting to know his customers on a personal level in order to earn their trust and build a relationship.

Powell plans to increase his presence in his area by expanding his online presence through social media as well as build relationships with real estate agents. Tim has been a member of the BNI group for the past three years.
