Lee's Summit, MO, August 21, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The International Feng Shui Guild (IFSG) held elections in May for the upcoming term of their Board of Directors. Four positions were open to due to unfilled slots on the board as well as ending terms by several board members.

In April, the IFSG Elections Committee comprised of existing board members, Kristi Stangeland and Frankie Jackson, as well as committee member, Susan Chu, began the applications/elections process. Their task included reviewing candidate applications in conjunction with board needs in the areas of membership, marketing, education, finance, strategic positioning, and technology to determine the best fit for candidates on the board. The committee interviewed applicants to evaluate experience, viability, and board potential. Based on those interviews, the committee with direction from Mia Staysko, IFSG Board Chair, and Bridget Saraka, IFSG CEO, determined the list of viable candidates and presented them to IFSG membership.
