LeddarTech Pierre Labbé VP and Chief Financial Officer: Over 25 Years of Finance Management

Pierre Labbé, CPA, CA LeddarTech’s vice-president and chief financial officer has experience of more than twenty-five years of financial management including some fifteen years as vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) of growing public companies, Pierre joined LeddarTech in April, 2015.

Labbé was notably CFO of Medicago Inc. until the privatization of the company in October 2013 following the acquisition by Mitsubushi Tanabe Pharma Corporation for a value of $ 357 million. He was also CFO of public companies in the mining sector in addition to having worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he participated in many M&A transaction and public financing. He also serves on the board of directors of two publicly traded companies.

Labbé holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université Laval obtained in 1987, is a member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec and is also a certified corporate director.
