Operation GO! Ministries of Redemption World Outreach Center Presents Community Outreach Event, Holiday Hope
Operation GO! Ministries of Redemption World Outreach Center (RWOC) presents a Holiday Hope, a community outreach event sponsored by Redemption World Outreach Center and a coalition of partners. Holiday Hope provides a first-class Christmas meal and distributes 100,000 toys to those in need in Greenville County. This event puts the love of Christ into action.

Operation GO! Ministries of Redemption World Outreach Center (RWOC) presents a Holiday Hope, a community outreach event sponsored by Redemption World Outreach Center and a coalition of partners. Holiday Hope provides a first-class Christmas meal and distributes 100,000 toys to those in need in Greenville County. This event puts the love of Christ into action.
In addition, The Ministry of Resources (MOR) and Operation GO! ministries of RWOC are collecting coats, hats, and scarves to give away during the Holiday Hope meal and toy distribution.
Redemption World Outreach is very excited about all of the partnership that have been formed for this year’s event.
• Restaurant owners across Greenville have donated enough food to feed over 3000 people a quality meal during Holiday Hope. Several churches and agencies across Greenville have volunteered to be applications sites for the Toys for Tots program.
• Greenville Transit Authority (GTA) is donating bus vouchers so that all guests coming to Holiday Hope on December 22 can have free transportation.
• Hands on Greenville (HOG) is allowing Holiday Hope to utilize their online database in order to organize the volunteer effort.
• Spinx (http://www.myspinx.com/about.aspx) has partnered with Operation GO! this year. All Greenville Spinx Gas Stations have toy bins in their stores for people to drop off their donations in a convenient manner.
Toys For Tots Benefit Concert will be held on Friday, December 7 at 7:00 p.m. at Teen Arena on the RWOC Campus. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. Concessions will be available. The concert will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be opening with a comedian followed by concerts featuring Gospel group, Changzed (www.myspace.com/changzed), and Holy Hip Hop group BraveHearts 4 Christ (www.bravehearts4christ.com). Everyone that is attending will bring a gift for a child 13 and under or give a love offering at the door.
