St. Louis, MO, August 23, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Travelers Protective Association (TPA), a fraternal benefit society, recently gave Jackson, Mo. resident Laura Baugh the Homer T. Wilson Fund grant of $750 to help pay for bills associated with her children and her medical issues.
The Homer T. Wilson Fund provides emergency financial aid and is designated for indigent members, widows, widowers and orphans. Baugh has been a member of TPA’s Post O of the Missouri Division for 6 years.
“A concerned member requested assistance for Ms. Baugh and her family, which includes two of her own children plus two from foster care,” said TPA’s Chief Administrative Officer Albert M. Shoemaker, Jr. "She is a very giving individual, and we’re proud that we can help in her time of need.”
