Berlin, Germany, August 26, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Up The Down Staircase, a concept piece out this September, is the debut album of singer/ songwriter Sean Bradford. The house inspired project features ten new tracks and is a collaboration with an international roster of producers, resulting in music that is at once danceable and layered with emotion. Though Bradford is still unsigned, the album will receive digital distribution via Younger Recordings and Sony Music Sweden.
In 2013, Sean Bradford relocated to Europe from New York City (where he was an actor on Broadway) in order to seriously pursue music. He quickly made a name for himself performing as part of a live act amidst Berlin's underground electronic scene before releasing his successfully crowdfunded, self titled debut EP in 2014. The same year, Bradford began performing on the streets of Europe as a means of testing material, in addition to playing a diverse roster of live shows, from acoustic concerts to DJ sets. His versatility as a performer and intoxicating vocals subsequently earned him the nickname of “The boy with the Wahnsinnstimme” (literally the madness voice in German). 2015 saw Bradford spending more time in Stockholm, Sweden where he frequently performed at some of the cities most well respected venues, while at the same time preparing for the release of his debut album. Bradford's music has reached number 3 on the Swedish Dance Charts (iTunes), received radio play in Germany and been hand selected by YouTube tastemaker La Belle Musique. He has also been involved in many innovative projects, including being one of the first artists to help develop Grammy Award Winner Imogen Heap's Mi.Mu Gloves Technology. A host of exciting collaborations will follow the upcoming release, and Bradford is already at work on a tour as well as more new music to follow later this year.
