JCS Advanced Financial Planning and Administration Software Integrates Norwich Union Contract Enquiry Real-Time Valuations Service

Their Contract Enquiry Service, which is part of this feature, provides a seamless system-to-system based connectivity solution that allows the request and receipt of up-to-date contract and valuation information electronically and updates client records directly. This means that there is no longer a need to request information by telephone or email. All client valuations can be accessed and retained within JCS rather than accessing information from Norwich Union’s extranet site and then manually re-keying the data.
