Congratulations to Sheddon Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic on John Josipovic having successfully completed the Intermediate Practical Examination through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Oakville, Canada, August 27, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Sheddon Physiotherapy and Sports is pleased to announce that physiotherapist John Josipovic has successfully completed the Intermediate Practical Examination through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
"We are very excited to see our therapists continue to improve their knowledge and skill. It is a very big asset to have another of our therapists successfully challenge this national exam. Adding this skill set to the clinic only reinforces our commitment to the best care available to our clients," says Dana Clark, owner of Sheddon Physiotherapy and Sports.
With successful completion of this exam, John Josipovic has now become one more of the therapists at Sheddon Physiotherapy and Sports, who are qualified to practically apply region specific assessment and treatment skills, which have been acquired through courses offered by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Successful completion indicates competency of advanced clinical assessment, clinical reasoning and treatment techniques for all areas of the body, including the shoulder, low back, neck and knee.
Treatment techniques that John is able to perform will now include joint mobilizations of all peripheral and spinal joints, manipulation of all peripheral joints and select spinal joints, as well as functional exercise and neuromobilization.
John will continue to pursue additional courses pertaining to advanced manual therapy as he works toward challenging the Advanced Exam.
