New Launch of New Jersey's First Home Elevation Portal - EZ Raise
New Portal to Assist Homeowners Obtain Competitive Bids Before September 15th FEMA Deadline for Final Sandy Claims.
Brick, NJ, August 28, 2015 --(PR.com)-- EZ Raise, LLC, announced the relaunch of its new website, https://1855ezraise.com, the New Jersey’s first home elevation site for homeowners and contractors. EZ Raise has brought together, aggregated, qualified licensed, insured elevation contractors who will competitively bid on home elevation projects submitted by homeowners.
Gio Mistretta, newly appointed CEO, stated, "We have built and designed this custom engineered website that will bring licensed elevation contractors together where they can win the contracts based upon their proposals. We expect the New Jersey shore towns Brick, Toms River, Long Beach Island, Mantoloking and Seaside Heights to have significant numbers of homes that need to be raised."
Homeowners can arrange a free in-person or online consultation with a home elevation specialist by going to the website, https://1855ezraise.com/ or calling 732-233-7782.
The primary incentive for elevating these structures is the new FEMA flood maps that will put many of these attractive properties in flood plains, which unfortunately will require annual insurance premiums of up to $30,000 a year.
September 15, 2015 - FEMA Deadline for Filing Sandy Claim
FEMA sent letters to approximately 142,000 NFIP policyholders who filed claims resulting from Hurricane Sandy, offering them an opportunity to have their files reviewed. To date, more than 10,000 policyholders have entered the process. Additional payments will be made to policyholders when warranted.
