Karnataka Government Invited Nanotechnologist Dr. Theivasanthi

Bangalore, India, August 28, 2015 --(PR.com)-- World Record Holder in Nanotechnology, Dr. T. Theivasanthi, Research Faculty from International Research Centre of Kalasalingam University has been called by Govt. of Karnataka, to present her inventions for Bangalore Bioinnovation Centre (BBC). Accordingly, she has presented 5 technological inventions related to nano-biotechnology before the Secretary, Dept. of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science & Technology at Bangalore on 14 Aug 2015. BBC is an initiative of Karnataka Biotechnology and Information Technology Services (KBITS), Govt. of Karnataka with funding support from Dept. of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt.of India.

Technological Inventions
1) World’s First Anti-virus Nanomaterial for Ebola, Dengue, HIV & H1N1
2) World’s First Superparamagnetic Nanomaterial from Plants Materials
3) Vegetable Powder for Diabetes
4) Bio-Sensor material like graphene, turmeric & coconut shell
5) Bio-Nanofertiliser (Agricultural products)

While she comments on this matter, “An invitation from Governmental authorities is a recognition and a mile stone of the major achievements / advancements in the Technological Innovation / research activities of our university; thanks to the Karnataka Govt.” Also, she expects that the International Scientific Conference, 8th Bangalore India Nano (will be organised by the Govt. of Karnataka during December 2015) will invite her to deliver a talk like in the earlier occasion of 7th Bangalore, India Nano. “It will help her to disseminate her inventions,” she further adds.
