A-Round Initial Closing and Pricing for Helio Energia Announced

Fortalezza, Brazil, August 31, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Helio Energia Holdings SA, and its Brazilian affiliate, Helio Projetos em Energia Renovavel Ltda ("Helio" or the "Company"), a Brazilian solar services provider that develops and finances solar systems for commercial and industrial customers, is pleased to announce it has reached agreement with a lead investor with respect to the pricing of it’s A-Round of round of financing at $1,319 per share. As part of the initial closing, Helio raised approximately US$2.9 million of equity. The A-Round valuation was based upon a US$7.0 million pre money valuation and brings the aggregate capital raised to US$4.3 million
.

The A-Round remains open on the same terms and the Company is in negotiations on additional subscriptions from qualified companies and individuals.

The proceeds from the A Round Financing will be primarily used for development and ownership of commercial and industrial solar systems in Brazil, as well as working capital purposes.

PKF Lawler (WA) Pty Ltd (“PKF”) and GMP Securities Europe LLP (“GMP”) are advising the Company on the fund raising.
