Volk is now the company’s Executive Director of Operations, and Allard’s new position is Executive Director of Sales and Marketing.
“These moves were made to keep up with the growth of our organization and planning for the future,” stated Ken Baker, CEO. “The changes will enhance communication between teams, improve collaboration and better utilize labor resources across teams.”
In his new position, Volk leads the manufacturing, engineering, purchasing and warehouse departments.
