BIGFOOT 4x4 World Headquarters Moves to Pacific, MO
Hilliker Corporation represents client in big-time sale.
St. Louis, MO, September 05, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently helped a client sell its building to the biggest trucks in town.
The owners of BIGFOOT 4x4, Inc., the monster truck entertainment and promotions company that brought the world The Original Monster Truck®, recently purchased a 10-year-old building located at 2286 Rose Lane in Pacific, Mo. Founded in 1975, BIGFOOT 4x4 has been at 6311 N. Lindbergh Blvd. in Hazelwood, Mo. for the past 30 years.
The nearly 8,500-square-foot building sits on three acres and features 24’ ceilings and four 16’ X 16’ drive-in doors. BIGFOOT 4x4 also purchased the 2.5-acre lot next door. Renovations include creating an addition to the back of the building, extending the lot by 90 feet to accommodate transporter parking and storage, and adding a monster truck paint booth. After renovations are completed, there will be 10,000-square-feet of shop space plus 2,700-square-feet of office space sitting on 5.5 acres. The company will move into its new location by the end of October.
BIGFOOT® trucks are known for large (66” tall agricultural) tires, fast and loud action, and drawing a crowd. The newer trucks, which feature tubular steel chassis and long-travel nitrogen-charged shocks, are fast and light weight. They have an extensive roll cage and fiberglass body for safer, better performance. BIGFOOT monster trucks appear in stadiums and arenas around the world, as well as on television and in the movies. Each year BIGFOOT makes more than 700 appearances including displays, races and freestyle events.
“Our Hazelwood site has not fit our requirements in over a decade because we no longer sell 4-wheel drive parts or service customers’ vehicles, and we really needed more space for our transporters,” said BIGFOOT 4x4 vice president Bob Trent. “We look forward to our new home and becoming a part of the Pacific community.”
Hilliker Corporation brokers Scott Martin and Jake Shepley represented the seller, Pacific Midwest, LLC and Philip R. Delkeskamp Real Estate Brokerage and Donna McKinnis of Gundaker represented the buyers, Bob and Marilyn Chandler.
Hilliker Corporation, which targets regional and national entrepreneurs, is St. Louis’ largest locally owned independent commercial real estate company located at 1401 S.
