Davidson Realty Reports Higher Home Values, Faster Sales Thanks to Home Improvement Incentive Program
Davidson Realty, Inc. has experienced reductions in time on the market and increases in home values for properties that have taken advantage of its new seller incentive program.
St. Augustine, FL, September 11, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Since launching a new seller incentive program in early 2015, Davidson Realty, Inc. has experienced reductions in time on the market and increases in home values for properties that have taken advantage of the program.
For any homeowner that lists a home with Davidson Realty, the incentive offers $500 to be used towards any home improvement project. So far, sellers have used the funds for landscaping and yard work, flooring, painting, repairs and other mechanical upgrades.
Davidson agent Don Gibson sold a home in four days and close to $25,000 above the list price after installing a new air conditioning unit that increased the home's heated/cooled square footage, and Davidson agent Mirtha Barzaga turned around a home in five days after completing repairs and painting.
Davidson agent Joanne Samuelson had similar success with a home that had been on the market for six months. "We used the incentive for mulching and trimming bushes in order to make the front look fresh and sharp. There were several showings and we were under contract in 12 days for $100 above the list price. The homeowner was thrilled."
