Local Business Hosts Benefit for Individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities
Clearwater, FL, September 12, 2015 --(PR.com)-- On September 19, 2015, Employee Leasing Strategies (ELS) is hosting "A Night in Old Hollywood" to benefit The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation. The evening of dancing, live and silent auctions, raffle games and musical stylings of Motown band Act III will thrill attendees. The event will be held at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort beginning at 6:00 p.m. Tickets and sponsorship opportunities are still available.
For the third consecutive year, ELS, a premiere PEO provider located in Dunedin, is sponsoring this event in support of The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation, formerly known as UPARC. "We are thrilled to be actively supporting this organization that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community," says David Siracusa, ELS co-owner. Siracusa is joined in his unwavering support by business partner Evan Collart. These two men have pledged their time and talents to ensure a successful fundraising event. In addition, they hatched the "coaster selfie" social media campaign where individuals could take a photo of themselves pictured with an ELS drink coaster, raising $1 for each Social Media post. Two area restaurants, Clear Sky Café and Clear Sky Draught Haus, worked in conjunction with ELS to promote this social media campaign supporting The Arc Tampa Bay. Clear Sky owner and spokesperson, Dan Shouvlin responded, “Anytime we can collaborate with area businesses in support of a charity such as The Arc Tampa Bay, we are compelled to help.”
Last year's event hosted by ELS met with great success. The casual atmosphere with the beach backdrop provided an enjoyable evening. Act III, a local favorite dance band, will, once again, be providing entertainment. Similar to last year, a plethora of auction items, raffle games, tasty buffet and Hollywood photo opportunities will delight patrons throughout the evening.
"We feel so fortunate to be the recipients of the extreme generosity of ELS," says Madison Orr Hauenstein, Executive Director of The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation. "We invite anyone interested in attending to contact us for tickets. It is such an easy way to have an enjoyable evening of fun and dancing while showing support for the individuals served by The Arc Tampa Bay," says Hauenstein.
