Ambush Security Complete Merger with Enterprise Security & Data

Brisbane, Australia, September 16, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Ambush Security Services and Enterprise Security & Data today announced the closing of a previously announced transaction to join the two companies together. The combination is creating one of Australia's largest Security & Communication companies – one that will deliver the most complete set of security and communication products and services to businesses of all sizes in every sector.

The combined company will launch its new name (Amentco) along with their new marketing brand in October 2015. In the interim, as Ambush Security and Enterprise Security & Data work to integrate their operations, the two companies will continue to operate under existing names and brands.

In 2014, Ambush Security Services and Enterprise Security & Data had combined total revenue of approximately $14 million. Collectively, the two companies have approximately 100 employees, have served more than 5,000 customers of various sizes across multiple industries, offer an extensive geographic footprint with 4 office locations across Southern Queensland, and have premium partnerships with all the leading security product manufacturers.
