Brightleaf Solutions Releases Version 2.0 of Its Automated Contract Abstraction Software
Enhanced features will significantly reduce manual efforts and improve output quality.
Brookline, MA, September 15, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Brightleaf Solutions and Nihilent Technologies Pvt. Ltd. today announced the release of version 2.0, of its semantic intelligence engine for data mining of key data from large numbers of legal documents.
Brightleaf’s proprietary software helps analyze and abstract key data from any type of text-based structured, or unstructured legal document. Using customized rules sets tailored to each client’s requirements, the tool identifies and extracts all the terms and legal provisions from executed contracts and any associated companion documents.
Version 2.0 supports advanced artificial intelligence, heuristic machine algorithms, additional workflow and streamlined quality control. All of it has been engineered to deliver contract metadata at exceptionally high quality while greatly the reducing the manual intervention often associated with automated abstraction.
According to Samir Bhatia, CEO of Brightleaf, “The upgraded version will allow users to manage the entire abstraction workflow, from document management to the final review and quality control with greater ease. Additionally, by way of user-defined rules, we’ve automated post-processing checks for verifying boundary conditions of the abstracted data.”
Samir added that Brightleaf aims to deliver the abstracts at up to six-sigma standards. “This enhanced version 2.0 abstraction engine enables Brightleaf to deliver highly accurate data at a very attractive cost. We can now achieve unheard of levels of quality…up to 99.99966% accuracy.”
Nihilent CTO, Abhay Ghate added, “This is a very exciting project for our team and highlights Nihilent’s cutting-edge development services. We enjoy the close collaboration with Brightleaf to provide a natural language processing solution which takes advantage of Nihilent’s extensive experience with machine learning and heuristic algorithm techniques.”
