ARGI Financial Group Brings on Talented CPA Group
ARGI is proud to announce Chris Green, CPA, and Mark Brown, CPA, members of Emerald Advisors Group, LLC have joined ARGI’s Business Services Division.
Louisville, KY, September 18, 2015 --(PR.com)-- ARGI’s marked growth of more than 30% in each of the past five years is helping to attract more talented professionals as they continue to expand services focused on the Louisville, KY based wealth management firms’ business and practice owner clients.
ARGI is proud to announce Chris Green, CPA, and Mark Brown, CPA, members of Emerald Advisors Group, LLC have joined ARGI’s Business Services Division. Together, Green and Brown have more than 40 years accounting experience and bring a hands-on approach, filling a CFO void in many privately owned and non-profit businesses. Their work focuses on modeling and forecasting, structuring balance sheets and consulting for mergers and acquisitions, succession and transition planning, financial reporting and outsourced CFO services. These offerings combined with ARGI’s full-service bookkeeping, payroll reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable services creates a comprehensive team of specialists to handle all aspects of business accounting.

One of the differentiators of Green and Brown are that they spend a good deal of their time working on site at their clients’ offices. Their business clients generally range from 25 to 50 employees with between $5M and $25M in annual sales, typically dealing with succession planning, growing pains or tax planning needs. This is an area that is experiencing significant growth.
“Louisville has always been on the map, but recently, it seems the growth has just exploded. There are new businesses opening up everywhere. This creates an opportunity for us to fill a need for these business owners trying to manage their fast growing businesses,” says Managing Partner, Joe Reeves.
