eGumball Inc. Lights the Night for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Irvine, CA, September 22, 2015 --(PR.com)-- A group of eGumball employees were excited to participate in the Light the Night walk for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society this past Saturday, September 19, 2015 at the Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Many employees, joined in addition by their friends and family, attended the evening event, where they walked 2 miles throughout the stadium to support and benefit those suffering from leukemia or lymphoma.

This is the first year that eGumball sponsored and participated in the Light the Night Walk, and the employees look forward to volunteer with the organization again in the future. There were many other corporate teams and participants there, which included brave survivors of leukemia or lymphoma, as well as those who have lost loved ones to these diseases. The money that each team raised went towards research, treatments, and other forms of support.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is the world’s largest voluntary health organization that provides funding for both cancer research and educational tools. Though the organization offers a variety of services, their main objective is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and myeloma. They also work to provide support services for family members and friends of patients.
