Family Fun & Fitness Day at The Gateway Family YMCA

Union, NJ, September 24, 2015 --(PR.com)-- On September 26, The Gateway Family YMCA branches in Elizabeth, Rahway and Union will celebrate Family Fun & Fitness Day. All branches will be hosting events that are open to the community including family group exercise programs, healthy snacks, nutrition and fitness games, community vendors and games. Family Fun & Fitness Day is designed with activities to engage both the youth and the parent, and is open to all ages.
