St. Louis, MO, September 24, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Cedar Lake Cellars recently added a new wine line called 3 Swans to its menu. The name and label refer to the winery’s three swans that grace the property’s three-acre lake.

Napa Valley Merlot (2013) – a full-bodied wine with dried cherries, sweet vanilla and nutmeg plus flavors of plum and other blackberries.

North Coast Red Field Blend (2012) – a spiced-laden bouquet of berries, violets and vanilla that is reminiscent of a warm berry pie.

Paso Robles Ileane Malbec (2014) – a juicy, fruit-forward wine loaded with dark berries and soft tannin.

Russian River Chardonnay (2012) – a toasty palate with flavors of lemon zest and pear notes with a creamy lingering finish.

Santa Barbara Chardonnay (2012) – a Burgundian-style wine with crisp citrus, McIntosh apples, and faint mineral notes.

Santa Ynez Valley Dry Riesling (2012) – bold flavors of red Anjou pear and pink grapefruit.

Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (2013) – darkly colored and possesses strong red and black fruit flavors.

Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir (2010) – a focused fruit concentration of dark cherry and raspberry with the addition of limestone and white pepper.

Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon (2010) – a bright raspberry and cranberry flavor with hints of dark cherry and currant.
