Davidson Announces Jacksonville Beach Location, Realtor Openings
Davidson Realty, Inc. has revealed the location of its new office in Jacksonville Beach and its plan to bring on 10 experienced Realtors for the site.
St. Augustine, FL, September 24, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Davidson Realty, Inc. has announced the location of its new office in Jacksonville Beach and its plan to bring on 10 experienced Realtors to better serve the Jacksonville area. The new location, which is slated to open for business in November, is located at 1500 Beach Boulevard, Suite 215, adjacent to Engine 15 Brewing Company.
Davidson's expansion follows sustained, region-wide market improvements in new listings and sales, as well as a recent boost in new construction in Jacksonville Beach.

Our new, central location will better meet the growing needs of our clients in Jacksonville, and having a team of great agents is essential to that growth."
The firm has increased its agent base by nearly 20% since the beginning of 2015 and looks to continue hiring into the winter months.
Davidson offers a choice in commission plans for its Realtors, including a 70/30 structure in which commissions are split between the agent and broker (70% and 30%, respectively) with no production minimum. The firm also offers an 80/20 plan in which the split is shifted between the agent and broker (80% and 20%, respectively) and the production minimum is set at $2.5 million with a 12-month rolling average.
