Possibilities for Design Named Finalist for Model Home Merchandising in 2015 MAME Awards
As a finalist, Possibilities for Design will receive six silver awards for interior design and merchandising of model homes in three different categories.
Denver, CO, September 26, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Possibilities for Design, Inc. of Denver, a national leader in model home merchandising and interior design, has been named a finalist in the 2015 MAME (Marketing and Merchandising Excellence) Awards presented by the Sales & Marketing Council and Home Builders Association (HBA) of Metro Denver.
As a finalist, Possibilities for Design will receive six silver awards for interior design and merchandising of model homes in three different categories.
All of the finalists exemplified the latest design trends of 2015 that will appeal to a variety of buyer segments. For homes of 2,201 to 2,600 square feet, The Dunraven in Anthem Ranch by Toll Brothers and The Bluebird at Park Hill Village by Berkley Homes both illustrate a contemporary approach to design. The Dunraven features a grey and champagne color scheme with natural stone accents. The Bluebird is designed to appeal to a young, urban buyer drawn to edgy, industrial elements that are most closely associated with loft living.
For homes of 2,601 to 3,500 square feet, The Montana at Kechter Farm and The Montana at Anthem Ranch by Toll Brothers received silver awards as well. Both homes were designed to highlight its eye-catching window walls and fabulous views, while each maintained its distinctive styles, separating the designs of the two homes.
Completing the finalists in this category are The Bellvue and The Orion, both at Kechter Farm by Toll Brothers. The Bellvue is a striking example of a contemporary design, which emphasizes the volume and views that this model possesses. Upon entering, the rotunda and curved staircase immediately impacts the viewer, while the two-story fireplace elevation combines with the ceiling detail to draw attention to the volume of the home. The Orion model was also designed so its interior emphasizes the volume and luxury, such as its stunning expanded family room, which leaves a lasting impression.
At the MAME awards ceremony on Oct. 3, the HBA will present its silver awards and announce which finalists will receive gold.
“Each one of these model homes needed to have a different feel and we were able to highlight each one’s important architectural features,” says Doris Pearlman, president of Possibilities for Design. “It’s always rewarding to be recognized by our peers with these prestigious awards. We thank our clients for allowing us to partner with them for great work year after year.”
