New Climate Controlled Storage Facility in Sutton, MA

Sutton, MA, September 30, 2015 --(PR.com)-- After months of planning and going through the motions of the approval process, NAI Norwood Group has successfully assisted Sutton Outlook Ventures, LLC in gaining the planning board’s approval for a new climate controlled storage facility in Sutton, MA.

The new facility is approved to be 81,000+/- SF and 479 climate controlled units. The other 37 units are non-climate controlled. There is a possibility for an expansion of an additional 10,500+/- SF with fifteen 700+/- SF units for RV and vehicle storage.

The facility will be located on Gilmore Drive just off Exit 5 on Route 146. The site was selected for MassEcon ReadyMass Top 100 Properties.
