Morristown, NJ, September 30, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The National Association of Realtors (NAR) released its D.A.N.G.E.R. Report in May 2015 highlighting the challenges realtors face. The report, conducted by the Swanepoel T3 Group based on a survey of over 7,500 brokers and agents across the country, listed these issues as affecting real estate agents:

- current commission levels are unsustainably high;
technology and easy access to data makes the traditional service of agents and brokers irrelevant; and
- the IRS push to reclassify agents from independent contractors to employees upends the industry staffing model.
