Laboratory Testing Inc. Exhibiting at National Industrial Fastener and Mill Supply Expo
Laboratory Testing Inc. will be exhibiting at the 2015 National Industrial Fastener and Mill Supply Expo in Booth #816. The show will take place October 21-23, 2015 at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas, NV. LTI will be showcasing its fastener testing capabilities, as well as materials testing, non-destructive testing and dimensional inspection services.
Hatfield, PA, October 02, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Laboratory Testing Inc. (LTI) will once again be exhibiting at the National Industrial Fastener and Mill Supply Expo (NIFMSE) in Booth #816 on October 21 – 23, 2015 at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas, NV. The Lab will be showcasing its broad range of fastener testing, dimensional inspection and failure analysis capabilities. LTI is a full-service materials testing, non-destructive testing and calibration laboratory with accreditations and qualifications to serve a wide-range of industries.
LTI’s fastener testing is Nadcap and A2LA accredited and performed by a team of engineers, chemists, and inspectors according to specification requirements. The testing services aid manufacturers in comparing characteristics and selecting materials and allow buyers to verify material composition. Fastener testing for defects helps to ensure the reliability of fasteners, especially those used in critical applications such as aircraft and bridges. “LTI provides all the services required to support customers in making important business decisions about fasteners, whether they are manufacturers, distributors, fabricators or end users,” said Mike McVaugh, President.
A variety of chemistry, corrosion and nondestructive testing are performed to analyze and inspect fasteners and raw materials. LTI also offers an extensive list of microstructure and macrostructure examinations through its metallurgical testing lab, including the performance of a complete root cause failure analysis when a fastener does not function as expected. Equipment is also available to test the mechanical properties of fasteners of all sizes, including hardness testing, stress rupture / creep and tensile machines with capacities from 100 to 600,000 lbs. LTI provides CMM, Smartscope and optical dimensional inspection services with capabilities to verify internal and external fastener threads and perform first-article and third-party inspection services.
The National Industrial Fasteners show has been bringing together manufacturers and master distributors of industrial fasteners and precision formed parts, fastener and assembly machinery and tooling, and other related products and services with representatives of the distribution chain for over 30 years. NIFMSE attendees will see new products, and learn about new technologies and services available to support their businesses. There are over 600 companies registered to exhibit this year at the Fastener Show and over 4,500 fastener & mill supply distributors, importers, manufacturers, manufacturer’s reps, independent sales reps, exhibitor personnel and others from all across the U.S. and 35 or more foreign countries are expected to attend this year’s event.
