As the Company’s President, Adam will be responsible for providing leadership for the organization by working with the senior management team to implement goals, strategies, plans and policies, as well as oversee the daily businesses and activities of Proof.

Adam Noyes’s hospitality career began early as a young man working in his family's Atlanta-based catering businesses gaining experience with corporate functions, special occasions, weddings, The Democratic National Convention, 1996 Centennial Olympic Games, NBA Final Fours , Super Bowl XXXIV and many more high profile events. Noyes earned a hospitality degree from Western Carolina University and went to work for the Ritz Carlton Buckhead as a Food & Beverage Intern. Noyes joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 1999 and made a name for himself working in many Sales & Marketing leadership roles over his 13 years with the organization. In 2012, Adam rejoined Proof of the Pudding as Senior Vice President. During these years, Adam has re-organized the Company’s corporate structure, adding positions in Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Culinary & Procurement Resources. These new roles have helped to bring further value and support to customers. Noyes also played a key role in the growth of the food service management business adding six exclusive management accounts to the organizations portfolio. Adam works with and supports many industry and community organizations such as; Atlanta Convention & Visitor's Bureau Board, Georgia State University School of Hospitality Board, Atlanta Community Food Bank Advisory Board, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and The Rally Foundation. He lives in Marietta, Georgia, with his wife, Erin, and daughters Haden and Blythe and is a member of Roswell Presbyterian Church.
