DataSync Announces Microsoft Marketing Partnerships

DataSync and Microsoft to co-market Microsoft cloud solutions to regional businesses.

Sioux Falls, SD, October 03, 2015 --(PR.com)-- DataSync today announced that it has entered in two marketing partnerships with Microsoft Corporation to co-market Microsoft Cloud Solutions to area businesses. The focus of these marketing efforts will be the introduction and sale of Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM Online services to small and medium sized businesses in South Dakota, southwestern Minnesota, northwestern Iowa and northeastern Nebraska. The marketing programs will also feature integration of the Dynamics CRM platform with other Microsoft cloud services like Office 365, SQL Server and BI services, and Microsoft’s new Business Mobility solutions.

DataSync is a software advisory and engineering firm located in Sioux Falls, SD. The company is one of only seven United States Microsoft partners to be selected as a Worldwide Strategic Partner. As such, Microsoft will provide funding and technical support to DataSync to assist in its development and execution of its Dynamics CRM practice. In addition, the company has been selected as one of only three United States partners to participate in Microsoft’s SMB Marketing Investment Program which provides the company with resources devoted to marketing and supporting small and medium sized businesses.

“DataSync has been working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and related application integrations since its formation in 2005,” stated Craig Anderson, DataSync’s Chairman and CEO. “We are very pleased to see Microsoft recognize our experience and achievements and offer to work together with us to take our small and medium sized business solutions to new levels.”

DataSync pioneered the use of Customer Lifecycle Solution analysis in the design and implementation of integrated business software systems for its software customers. This approach allows the company to systematically review and evaluate customer processes from lead generation to sales management to order processing, customer contracting and fulfillment activities and identify ways to improve software systems to increase profitability through revenue increases and operating efficiencies. The company then assists its customers in the development and implementation of these improvements.

Earlier last month the company was named as South Dakota’s only Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider. “The Microsoft Cloud Solutions Program allows us to migrate existing customer applications and data systems directly to the Microsoft cloud, even for software that is not a direct Microsoft product or that runs on open source operating systems,” stated Mike Vetter, DataSync’s President and Chief Technology Officer. “In addition, our participation in this program allows us to offer the combined Office365/Dynamics CRM solution suite, including recent integrated service extensions such as business communications (Skype for Business), collaboration (SharePoint and Yammer), and business intelligence (PowerBI and Excel 2016). DataSync is now able to deliver a full-stack integrated solution that solves key customer workflow challenges and provides groundbreaking cost savings and feature flexibility.”
