(CS), a leading provider of pre-employment and student background screening, is pleased to announce that Kevin Neudecker, Quality & Compliance Manager, recently passed the exam to renew his FCRA Advanced Certification, which was administered by the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). This certification is intended for background screening professionals in leadership positions, and those who set compliance policy and make compliance decisions.

The laws and regulations surrounding the background screening industry are complex, and educational programs offered by NAPBS help professionals better understand the law and mitigate non-compliance problems. In order to obtain the FCRA Advanced Certification, which focuses on complex and cutting-edge FCRA compliance issues, individuals must already have passed and hold the FCRA Basic Certification, as well as receive additional training. The certification is valid for two years.
