Mr. Martin will lead VP of Site Development. His primary efforts will involve opportunities related to site acquisition and integrated A&E service offerings. Mr. Martin has an extensive back ground in Site Acquisition, Zoning and Permitting work for numerous Verizon Wireless Projects throughout Texas, Minnesota and Wisconsin, based on a proven site acquisition and leasing track record. Mr. Martin has achieved a 100% zoning approval success rate for every Verizon Wireless zoning case he’s represented since 2013. Mr. Martin’s proficient zoning experience and expertise results in candidates getting zoning approval in the fastest possible manner.
