Bank of China Hong Kong and Banker’s Academy Team Discuss Sales and Service Culture

Discussions included the challenges facing banks as they create working environments that motivate branch associates, including branch managers, tellers service associates, and consumer lenders to use CRM systems to meet sales and service goals.
