Wellbe Announces Webinar on Meeting the Needs of the Contemporary Orthopedic Patient
Sg2 to share advice on addressing the changing retail landscape and today’s consumers.
Madison, WI, October 15, 2015 --(PR.com)-- OrthoServiceLine.com, a free resource to the orthopedic community sponsored by Wellbe, is hosting a complimentary webinar featuring Kristi Crowe and Allison Heddon from Sg2, titled “Meeting the Needs of the Contemporary Orthopedic Patient.”
Today’s consumers are juggling responsibilities like never before, causing them to seek not only effective but efficient service providers. The trend is no different in health care, as the retail consumer searches for value in their health care services. Catalyzing this trend is the shifting tide from employers taking full financial responsibility for health insurance coverage to employees and their dependents bearing substantial burden of these costs, with a broader suite of plans to choose from. Add to that the exponential increase in availability of information to consumers around price and quality, and you’ve got a recipe for an increasingly savvy consumer.
This webinar will focus on the changing retail landscape and strategies for orthopedic programs to appeal to a more contemporary patient.
