Online Community for Green Home Owners and Builders Launches

Salem, OR, October 16, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Green Home Community (GHC) is a new online gathering place for those interested in green home building, remodeling, and living. It is the social site for those who are just learning what makes a home green and for those who are living the lifestyle and want to keep up on the latest news.

GHC provides up-to-date news from the industry, including updates on green energy technology, green materials still in development, and reviews.

Visitors can ask questions of other members and experts through the GHC Community page. It is a forum where subscribers can follow a conversation, share a response through social media, or search past posts.

Membership to the site is free, and members receive additional content and updates from GHC’s monthly newsletter. Members are encouraged to ask and answer questions on the site and share their ideas.

There is a database of green building materials that homeowners or experts can use to find the greenest materials for their project. The database includes green product certifications, environmental product declarations, and health product declarations, when available.
