Brent Summers Joins Technology Associates

Cary, NC, December 12, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Eric Hobbs, president of Technology Associates, a full-service technology solutions and support firm, has announced that the firm has hired Brent Summer as a systems engineer. In his new position, Summers will service customer accounts, proactively managing all of their IT needs from network devices, servers, desktops and printers to PDA’s. In addition, Brent will manage customers who are enrolled in Technology Associates’ NetAssure Program, a service which allows for customer support costs to be capped at a monthly fee. Due to the NetAssure Program, Technology Associates is able to proactively monitor and manage a network to prevent problems before they negatively impact a customer’s business.

Summers has worked in various positions in the IT industry since 1997. He received his associate’s degree in computer networking from Wake Technical Community College. A native of Raleigh, he still resides there with his wife, Caryn, and his three children, Audrey, Jacob and Daniel.
